3 EASY STEPS
Step 1 - Add the products you like in the online store to the cart!
Step 2 - Proceed to checkout and create your user account if you haven't already! You will need to enter your contact information. Thereafter, you must opt for delivery to the door or the store where you want to pick up your order during opening hours.
For store pickup: Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours before your order is ready. We will send you a confirmation email when it is.
For delivery: Right now, we deliver everywhere in Quebec each wednesday. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with the date your order will be at your door. We do our best in the current situation to deliver as quickly as possible.
It is your responsibility to look out for your box. If you live in an apartment, the delivery service will place it in the most accessible place for them. We are unfortunately not responsible for incidents following the delivery of your box. The delivery person may not ring the doorbell, so please check your package regularly.The box contains the necessary to keep the order cold until you arrive at your door. * Please note that delivery may be delayed on holidays and certain weather conditions. ** Please also note that if Purolator does not deliver to your area, your order will be refunded. We always do our best to deliver everywhere.
Step 3 - Pay with your Paypal account directly online or with a credit card via Paypal. A minimum of $ 75 purchase per order is required to order online. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase.
Our frozen products are all tax-free. Only the delivery and the insulated bag are subject to taxes.
Free delivery for all orders of $ 225 or more.
For an order between $ 75 and $ 224, there is a fee of $ 25 + taxes.
* Being an environmentally conscious company, we have chosen not to use a lot of packaging. You will therefore find on our products only one plastic wrap. That said, it is possible that packaging in transport and with handling may lose its vacuum packaging. It is completely safe to consume the product anyway. Please note that the customer is responsible for his products as soon as he purchased them.
* Orders are sent one day in advance. All products are carefully placed in a cooler containing dry ice. This increases the ability to keep your frozen foods from 24 to 72 hours on average. Some products may be less frozen, such as desserts, pizza dough and baby purees. However, this would be an exceptional case. If there is anything with your order, you can contact us anytime at 1-833-321-CHEF and leave a message if needed.
Method of payment: To protect your payment information, we operate with the Paypal system. This will protect your banking information. You are not required to have a Paypal account, you can also pay as a guest. If you are unable to use the online service, you can contact us at 418-476-1457 or 1-833-321-CHEF Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We can help you.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds: We do not accept returns and orders are non-refundable. If ever there is an exception with our agreement, service charges may be applied to compensate for the costs incurred by our payment provider.
