Description: Gaspésie cooked lobster \ 1 pound to 1-1\4 pounds
Instructions: Take the lobster out of the packaging and let to defrost in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, cut the lobster in half. You can stuff it or brush it with garlic butter or other seasonings. Then, cover the claws with aluminum foil. Cook on the barbeque or in an oven set to 'Broil' for 3 to 7 minutes.
