Step 1 – Shop Online

Add your favorite products to your cart from our online selection.

Step 2 – Complete Your Order

Proceed to checkout and create your user account if you haven’t already. Enter your contact information and select your preferred delivery method:
• Home delivery
• In-store pickup (at the location of your choice, during opening hours)

For in-store pickup:

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order preparation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.

For home delivery:

Deliveries are made every Wednesday throughout Quebec.
• Orders placed by Monday will be delivered the following Wednesday.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including the expected delivery date.

Please note:

• It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery of your box.

• For apartment buildings, the driver will leave the package in the most accessible location, at their discretion.

• Les Trois Chefs cannot be held responsible for any incidents that occur after delivery.

• Our boxes are designed to keep your products at the proper temperature using coolers and dry ice.

Important:

• Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before finalizing your order. Additional fees may be charged in the event of an error, omission, or incomplete information in the delivery address provided. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete at the time the order is placed.

  In the event of a delivery failure due to an incorrect address, the package cannot be returned to the sender. In such cases, the order will be considered non-recoverable, and any resulting loss will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Deliveries may be delayed due to holidays or weather conditions.

• If our delivery partner does not serve your area, your order will be refunded.

Step 3 – Make Your Payment

Payments are processed through the secure PayPal platform. You may pay:
• With a PayPal account
• Or as a guest using an accepted credit card

Minimum order required: $75 (before taxes)
Frozen products are tax-exempt. Delivery fees and non-frozen products are subject to applicable taxes.

Delivery

• Free for all orders of $225 or more (before taxes)
• $25 + taxes for orders between $75 and $224

Please Note

• In line with our environmental commitment, we use minimal packaging (only a layer of food-grade plastic film). Vacuum seals may loosen during transport, but this does not affect the quality or safety of the product.
• Once received, the customer is responsible for proper storage and preservation of the products.
• All orders are prepared the day before shipping and packed in coolers with dry ice to maintain freezing temperatures for approximately 24 to 72 hours.
Some items — such as desserts, pizza dough, or baby purées — may thaw more quickly, though this is rare.
