Description: Asparagus and mango / 200g
Ingredients: Asparagus, mango.
Directions: Thaw under cold water for a few minutes or in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Microwave: Reheat 1 to 2 minutes. If necessary, prick the vegetables to remove excess water.
On the stove: Brown the vegetables over low heat in an oiled pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
