Ingredients: Newfoundland cod loins, water, batter base (wheat flour, cornstarch, dehydrated whole eggs, baking powder, onion powder, vegetable oil (canola and/or sunflower), salt, powder garlic), canola oil, pre-coating (toasted wheat crumbs, wheat flour, wheat gluten, salt, vegetable oil (manufacturing agent)), salt.

Contains: Fish, wheat, sulphites.

Directions: Remove packaging. Fry or bake for about 6-7 minutes at 375°F on an oven-safe baking sheet. Turn halfway through cooking.
