Ingredients: Pollock, white rice, broccoli, white sauce (modified corn starch, palm oil & shortening, maltodextrin, buttermilk powder, sugar, salt, yeast extract, soybean oil, potassium chloride, onion powder, natural flavor, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, spice) carrots, mushrooms, red bell peppers.

Contains: Milk, fish. 

Directions: Make a few incisions in the plastic wrap. Heat in the microwave on high power level for 2 to 3 minutes.

The cooking time may vary depending on the power of the microwave.
It is not necessary to thaw the product before cooking.
