Ingredients: Chicken, breading (water, salt, sodium phosphate, batter and breading (enriched wheat flour, water, canola oil, salt, garlic powder, sugar, spices, flavoring, modified corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, wheat gluten, onion powder)). 

Contains: Wheat. May contain: Eggs, milk, soy, sulphites.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 205°C (400 °F). Take out of packaging and put on a baking tray. Bake from frozen for 25 to 30 minutes. This product has to be cooked well done before serving.
