Ingredients: Water, spinach, potato, onion, chicken broth (Sugars (dextrose), salt, corn starch, monosodium glutamate, onion powder, canola oil, spice extractives, tartrazine, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, sunset yellow FCF, spices), garlic, spice.

Directions: Remove the plastic wrap. Pour the contents into a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high power level for 3 to 5 minutes.

The cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.

It is not necessary to thaw the product before cooking.
