Contains : Wheat, sulphites, molluscs, milk. 

Directions: Remove the plastic wrap. Pour the contents into a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high power level for 4 to 5 minutes.

The cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.

It is not necessary to thaw the product before cooking.
