Ingredients: Water, turnip, chicken broth(Sugars (dextrose), salt, corn starch, monosodium glutamate, onion powder, canola oil, spice extractives, tartrazine, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, sunset yellow FCF, spices), onion, potato, carrot, milk, maple syrup, flour, pepper.

Contains: Soy, wheat, sulphites, milk.

Directions: Remove the plastic wrap. Pour the contents into a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high power level for 3 to 5 minutes.

The cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.

It is not necessary to thaw the product before cooking.
