Ingredients: Quinoa, bulgur, mixed vegetables (kale, yellow carrot, orange carrot, green chickpea), beet, candied onion (onion, sugar, balsamic vinegar, water), walnuts.
Contains: Nuts, wheat, sulfites.
Directions: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours or one hour under cold water (make sure the packaging is completely sous-vide). Remove the packaging and serve.
