Description: Cheese fondue / 300g
Ingredients: Mix of cheeses.
Directions: Leave the bag to rest for a few minutes so that the cheese breaks up. Add 2 tbsp of flour to the cheese. Mix well. Rub the inside of the fondue pot with a clove of garlic. (You can also chop the pod and place it in the fondue pot). Add 150ml of white wine and heat over medium heat until it simmers. Gradually add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Simmer very gently for about 30 seconds. Place on the stove and serve immediately with the accompaniments.
