Description: Cheese fondue / 300g Ingredients: Mix of cheeses. Contains: Milk. Directions: Let the bag rest for a few minutes so that the cheese falls apart.
Meanwhile rub the inside of the fondue pot with a clove of garlic.
Chop the clove and place it in the fondue pot. Add the cheese, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch and a
little pepper. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup of white wine and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly,
until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Simmer very gently for about 30 seconds.
Add 2 tbsp. of kirsch (optional). Place on the stove and serve immediately with the sides. Nutritional value: Coming soon
