Description: Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes \ 200g
Ingredients: Brussels sprouts, sweet potato.
Directions: Thaw under cold water for a few minutes or in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Microwave: Heat 2 to 3 minutes and if necessary, prick the vegetables to remove excess water.
On the stove: Brown the vegetables over low heat in an oiled pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
