Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours or under cold water. Preheat the oven to 117°C (350°F). Take out of packaging. Sear in the oven 2 minutes per side. Put in an oven-safe dish. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with demi-glace sauce (not included).
