Description: Quail stuffed with poultry liver, porto, maple, apple and walnuts \ 1 unit
Ingredients: Quail, porto-flavored poultry liver paté (pork fat, poultry liver, eggs, porto, milk, spices, nitrate salt, sodium erythorbate, vinegar), walnuts, maple syrup, apple.
Contient: Oeufs, milk, soy, nuts, apple.
*Caution, may contain small bones.
Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours or under cold water. Preheat the oven to 117°C (350°F). Take out of packaging. Sear in the oven 2 minutes per side. Put in an oven-safe dish. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with demi-glace sauce (not included).
