Les trois Chefs is one of the few Quebec companies specializing in frozen food. Currently, 30% of consumers demand is met by imports from Chile, Brazil, the United States and China. Rest assured that Les trois Chefs products are handmade in Quebec in working conditions that promote respect, well-being and mutual aid.

MINIMALIST PACKAGING

Les trois Chefs uses as little packaging materiel as possible. The products are wrapped in recyclable plastic wrap. Being sent to your municipality's sorting center, it uses it to make park benches. Please note that all of our transport boxes are also carefully reused. In the store, customers can purchase a reusable cooler bag or a recyclable paper bag for a small additional charge. We are also very proud that all of our cash receipts are electronic. In addition, all paper brochures are printed on FSC Canada certified paper. * On the other hand, we invite customers to preferably use the online store to consult our menu.

SMART PORTION

Les Trois Chefs favors individual packaging containing reasonable portions, since no less than 35.5 million metric tonnes of food are thrown away or wasted each year in Canada, according to the Second Harvest organisation, which estimates that it is the equivalent 58% of all food produced in the country. We encourage people to consume smartly. In the kitchen, all of our ingredients are calculated to be used to their full potential. We are proud to have no food loss in our establishment. Therefore, frozen products are an ecological way to not lose food or nutrients. That's smart consumption!

EFFICIENT TRANSPORT

Les Trois Chefs reduces its CO2 footprint by using its vehicles as little as possible. Merchandise and products transports are calculated so that each trip is short and efficient. For the delivery of our products, we invite customers who live near the shops to order online and select the respective store to pick up their order in store instead of opting for delivery. For those who live far from stores, we encourage larger orders by offering free delivery for all orders of $ 225 or more. Customers will receive their purchases in a recyclable box and a reusable cooler.
