  • What areas are served by Les Trois Chefs?

Les Trois Chefs offers home delivery throughout Quebec, in regions served by our carrier.
Some remote areas may be subject to restrictions or extended delivery times.

  • How does delivery work – Terms and responsibilities?

Les Trois Chefs must receive your order between Thursday and Monday.
Orders are shipped every Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday and thursday, directly to your door.

We recommend being available to receive your box on that day.
If you live in an apartment, the driver will leave the package in the most accessible location, at their discretion.

Please note that Les Trois Chefs cannot be held responsible for any incident that occurs after delivery.

Each box is carefully prepared with insulating materials and ice packs to keep your products at the right temperature until received.

  • How much does delivery cost?

• Free for orders of $225 or more (before taxes)
• $25 + taxes for orders between $75 and $224
• Minimum purchase required: $75 (before taxes) to be eligible for delivery

  • Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes. You may pick up your order in-store during our opening hours.
If you place your order online and select “In-store Pickup,” please allow 24 to 48 hours for preparation.
Processing time may vary slightly depending on when your order is received.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

  • Is there a minimum amount required for online orders?

Yes, a minimum purchase of $75 (before taxes) is required for all online orders.

  • Can I choose the dishes in the meal boxes?

Meal boxes are offered as pre-set selections and cannot be customized in advance.
However, in-store, it is possible to create a personalized family box according to your preferences. Please speak to a team member in store for more details.

  • How long can Les Trois Chefs products be stored?

Our products are carefully vacuum-sealed and frozen. They remain perfectly preserved in the freezer for 2 to 3 years.
To maintain their quality, handle them with care, keep them frozen at all times, and do not refreeze once thawed.

  • What if I don’t use a microwave?

Some of our products are designed for quick microwave preparation, as indicated on the packaging. This method is recommended to enjoy the product at its best.

If you prefer not to use a microwave, here are two options:

• Hot water method: Place the product, still sealed in its vacuum packaging, into hot water. Ensure the packaging is fully sealed and intact. Cooking time may vary and is not guaranteed.

• Oven method: Let the product thaw in the refrigerator, remove the packaging, and transfer it to an oven-safe dish. Cooking time will vary depending on your appliance.

Please note: alternative methods are at your discretion and may affect the final result.

  • How do I cook Les Trois Chefs products?

Cooking instructions are included on each product’s packaging and on the corresponding product page on our website.
Please follow these instructions for optimal results.

  • My products lost their vacuum seal. What should I do?

As part of our eco-conscious efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, we use minimal packaging — only a single layer of food-grade plastic film.
During transport or handling, it’s possible for the vacuum seal to loosen.

Rest assured, this does not affect the quality or safety of the product.
Once the delivery has been received, the consumer is responsible for storing and preserving the products under proper conditions.

  • Are your products made with locally sourced ingredients?

Yes. We prioritize Quebec-sourced ingredients in order to support local producers and reduce our environmental impact.

  • Do you guarantee any products for allergies or food intolerances?

No. We do not guarantee any product as safe for individuals with allergies or food intolerances.

  • Do you offer gluten-free products?

Yes, some of our products do not contain gluten in their list of ingredients.
However, we do not hold any official gluten-free certifications.

  • Does Les Trois Chefs use food additives in its products?

No. In keeping with our commitment to simple, high-quality food, we do not add any food additives to our products.

  • Do Les Trois Chefs prepared meals contain added salt?

No. We do not add any salt to our meals, soups, or purees.
However, our recipes are carefully seasoned and flavored with herbs, spices, and natural ingredients to offer balanced, flavorful dishes that can be customized to taste.

  • How long do Les Trois Chefs products stay frozen in a thermal bag or cooler?

In a Les Trois Chefs thermal bag, products can remain frozen for approximately 1 to 3 hours.
In a cooler, they may stay frozen for 3 to 6 hours.

These durations may vary depending on ambient temperature and the type of products transported.
Items like desserts, pizzas, fajitas, appetizers, hors d’oeuvres, and baby purees tend to thaw more quickly.
To ensure quality, we recommend placing your products in the freezer as soon as possible after purchase.

  • Where are Les Trois Chefs products made?

Les Trois Chefs is a proud Quebec company. Our production facility is located in Saint-Nicolas, in the city of Lévis.
All of our products are handcrafted with care, reflecting our local expertise and commitment to quality.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

We use the secure PayPal platform. You can pay with or without a PayPal account using a credit card.

  • Do you accept returns or refunds?

All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted, unless previously approved.
