Description: Pork filet mignon stuffed with dates, nuts & blue cheese \ 185g

Ingredients: Pork, dates, walnuts, blue cheese.

Contains: Milk, nuts. 

Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours or under cold water. Preheat the oven to 117°C (350°F). Take out of packaging. Sear in a skillet 2 minutes per side. Put in an oven-safe dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a demi-glace sauce (not included).
