Description: Pork filet mignon stuffed with goat cheese and blueberries \ 185g
Ingredients: Pork, goat cheese, blueberry, honey, vanilla.
Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours or under cold water. Preheat the oven to 117°C (350°F). Take out of packaging. Sear in a skillet 2 minutes per side. Put in an oven-safe dish. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with a demi-glace sauce (not included).
