Description: Provencal ratatouille / 200g
Ingredients: Water, eggplant, zucchini, onion, red bell pepper, tomato, garlic, spices, vegetable broth (glucose solids, dehydrated vegetables (tomato, onion, carrot, green and red bell peppers, leek, celery, garlic, beet), salt, corn starch, hydrolyzed corn protein, spices, canola oil, paprika, yeast extract, natural flavour, citric acid, caramel powder (sulphites)).
Directions: Thaw under cold water or in the refrigerator for a few hours. Brown the vegetables over low heat in an oiled pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
