Les Trois Chefs has the mission to offer you local food all year round! Thanks to its own family garden located in Levis (Saint-Nicolas), Les Trois Chefs can offer you frozen and vacuum-packed vegetables both in summer and winter! We are apprentice farmers and we like to offer you more variety year after year. We are currently cultivating the cucurbit family (pumpkins & various squash) as well as kale. Although we have no organic certification, we use natural ingredients and we reuse the seeds of the vegetables picked in the Les trois Chefs Garden for the following year!
